Coaching Philosophy. Coach Paul works tirelessly on fundamentals, defense, team play, chemistry, hustle, and sportsmanship.  His teams play pressure defenses and use it to create their offensive opportunities. He believes in allowing his players the opportunity to achieve an advanced level of play, a higher playing level than they may think they are capable of achieving.  He emphasizes teamwork and being a good teammate at every practice and game.  He’s been fortunate with having players of all abilities, who are open minded, willing to put in a lot of hard work to get better.

For the fifth straight year, Coach Paul will be assisted by Coach Rich Boll.
