Coaching Philosphy.I believe that you play in games how you practice. I believe the key to success is a strong, solid defense. We will spend a fair amount of time on conditioning, defensive skill building, and strength training. Beyond that, we will be focusing on building individual skills as well as developing team-play skills. Practice will be challenging and fun and we will learn to play smart, aggressive basketball. I expect every teammate to give 100% and everyone to have a positive attitude.
I expect every team member to be on time to practice and ready to listen, learn, and work hard. I also expect each player to bring a ball to every practice.
There are three things I want each of my players to keep in mind:
1.We are a TEAM. We win as a team and we lose as a team.
