Coaching Philosophy. Coach Chazzy will focus on skill building drills during practices. Coach Chazzy and her staff are defensive minded coaches that place high priority on teaching fundamentals and on developing sound basketball players. Therefore, we are looking for players who are ready to devote the time and effort it takes to become a highly competitive team.
In addition to improving skills, a key objective for Coach Chazzy is that the girls will gain more love for the game and develop an understanding of pride when playing games and developing life learning skills that they can use on and off the court.
